TATIL held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, 5th September 2024, to commemorate the official opening of their new Grand Bazaar Regional Centre. The ceremony marked an important milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.

Mr. Patrick Solomon, Inspector of Financial Institutions at the Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago, had the honour of cutting the ribbon, alongside Mr. Ray A. Sumairsingh, Chairman of TATIL & TATIL Life; Mr. M. Musa Ibrahim, Managing Director of TATIL & TATIL Life; Ms. Uthra Ramnarine-Hill, General Manager of TATIL; and Mr. Anthony Shaw, General Manager of TATIL Life.

Musa Ibrahim, Managing Director of TATIL & TATIL Life, highlighted the significance of the new facility, stating, “The Grand Bazaar Regional Centre is a key part of our strategy to enhance the service experience for our customers. This modern facility allows us to offer greater convenience and an enhanced experience for both customers and staff.”

Located on the northern side of The City of Grand Bazaar, the Regional Centre is strategically situated to serve the East-West corridor and beyond, providing customers with easier access and a more efficient experience. The facility also features a first-class training centre to support the development of TATIL’s expanding sales team. TATIL currently operates five additional branches across Trinidad and one in Tobago.
